Abigail Nussbaum

Abigail is passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and young adults as they navigate the challenges of anxiety, ADHD, emotional regulation, and life transitions. She understands how overwhelming it can be to manage big feelings or adjust to new phases of life, and is dedicated to helping clients feel seen, heard, and supported throughout that journey.

As a clinician, Abigail aims to create a safe, welcoming space where clients can feel comfortable being themselves. She believes therapy is not just a place to work through difficulties, but also an opportunity to grow, explore, and build a deeper understanding of who you are.

Abigail draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Play Therapy to tailor her work to each client’s unique needs and developmental stage. Her approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and respect—whether she's helping a child express themselves through play or guiding a teen through complex emotions.
With warmth and curiosity, Abigail walks alongside her clients as they build coping skills, strengthen self-esteem, and discover new ways to thrive.
