Allison Eckmann
My practice is grounded in a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and client-centered approach that honors each person's unique experiences and innate capacity for growth. I also recognize how systemic influences shape our thoughts, feelings, and relationships. I believe therapy is a collaborative process rooted in compassion, curiosity, and self-expression.Together, we'll explore your experiences, build on your strengths, and work toward meaningful change.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Board Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC), I offer both traditional talk therapy and art therapy. Art therapy is for everyone and can simply be another way of exploring what is difficult to put into words. Whether incorporating art, talking it out, or a combination of both, the therapeutic process is guided by your goals and comfort level.
