My goal is to help people heal from emotional wounds; cultivate resiliency; and promote mental wellness. I provide traditional talk therapy, as well as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Trauma-Focused Equine Assisted Psychotherapy. This is a powerful and highly effective form of therapy where you will interact with horses for personal insight and behavior change. There is no riding involved, no horse experience needed.
I believe that it is often in our most vulnerable, confusing, and painful periods, that we are able to discover unimaginable strength, clarity, and hope. I believe in the transformative power of helping individuals to discover their authentic selves and tailor treatment to each client, addressing issues related to the mind, body, and spirit.
I am passionate about helping people live their most authentic lives and find meaning and strength through their suffering. My goal is to be 100% present with you, listen well, use my intuition, and years of experience for your highest good. We go at your pace; your emotional safety is my highest priority.
