Andrew Walsh – Noble Mentors

My work comes from lived experience. I know what it's like to lose yourself trying to be who you think you're supposed to be, and what it takes to rebuild from the inside out. I mentor college students who are performing well on the outside and falling apart on the inside, or who have stopped performing altogether: anxiety, perfectionism, identity and faith questions, the failure-to-launch stretch after a hard year. We work on real structure (routines, follow-through, the systems that make a semester survivable) and on honesty with yourself. Mentoring is not therapy; it's a trained, supervised relationship that pairs well with counseling. In person in Boulder, Denver, and Erie, and by video.
