Welcome! I have operated as a Licensed Professional Counselor for the past twenty (20) years. My specialties are ADHD/Executive Function Coaching, Anxiety, Trauma, and Burnout. My mission and message is to help my clients feel, perform, and live better! I work with clients both in-person as well as virtually. It is deeply-gratifying to me to support others through difficulties and into positive results. I am licensed in Georgia for in-person and virtual sessions. I am also telehealth licensed in Florida for virtual sessions.
