April Strongarone, LCSW
The clients I work with are often coming in to therapy to get to know themselves better and have a deeper understanding of who they are and why they do the things they do. They have identified some patterns or are noticing some things that aren't feeling good and want help to feel better. Often times these are things related to romantic or social relationships, family dynamics, patterns that are showing up in who or how they are dating, exploring their identity, navigating the adjustment to college and increased academic pressures, feeling bad about themselves, feeling self destructive or repeating bad habits. These are just some of the things that my clients come in to work with me on. You don't have to figure this out alone, I'm here to help.
