I’m a psychotherapist treating adults and adolescents in the Boulder, CO area. I use an active and dynamic treatment approach, and I take pride in helping clients move quickly toward their goals while feeling heard, held, and supported.
I work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, adjustment issues, family and relationship-based stressors, grief and loss, and post-traumatic stress. I am a Certified Ecotherapist and am trained in Internal Family Systems therapy. Prior to opening my practice I worked for a small group practice and in child and adolescent inpatient psychiatry in Massachusetts.
