If you are struggling with stress, adhd, anxiety, depression, disordered eating, body image issues, trauma, toxic shame, perfectionism, alcohol abuse, and/or relationship difficulties; I may be a good fit to work with you! I offer an environment that provides a trauma informed approach with insight-oriented treatment. I will help you dig deep into your younger years to see how they may be impacting you now, while assisting you in identifying coping skills that work best for you!
