Welcome! It's not easy to seek therapy and I'm glad you're initiating treatment for whatever struggle is bringing you here.
I am a licensed psychologist located in the state of Indiana and have operated in private practice since 2002. I work via telehealth, using secure, HIPPA compliant video conferencing, with adults who are navigating a wide variety of mental heath concerns.

I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional as well as a Certified Clinical Telemental Health provider and I am PsyPact certified to schedule telemental health sessions with clients in 40+ participating US states.

It is my goal as your psychologist to collaborate with you to better understand and manage your distress while supporting you in achieving your goals, whether you require short-term intervention or longer-term treatment.
