Hi, I'm Catherine, and I'm an Art Therapist. Since 2007, I have been helping my clients engage in their own art making, creativity, and self-inquiry as a way to find ease among life’s many challenges. As an Art Therapist and a Registered Yoga Teacher, I can guide you in art making, mindfulness, yoga, and self-compassion to help you relieve stress, cope with anxiety and depression, restore your energy, and discover new and creative ways to cope with simply being human.

I understand the healing powers of creativity, mindfulness, and yoga not only from my work as an Art Therapist but because I have experienced the profound benefits myself for chronic pain, difficult life transitions, grief and loss, and professional burnout. Because of this experience, it is my mission to help you navigate this stressful time in your life and find the tools from within to leave you feeling calm, capable, and confident in whatever situation you may be facing.

Sliding Scale Offered: A sliding scale fee "slides" to try to meet the needs of clients who are unable to pay the full fee. Details can be discussed upon consultation.
