Colleen Brunell

As a therapist, I am passionate about nurturing and empowering each person's inner healer. Our work together is grounded in a collaborative, strengths based approach as we navigate life's challenges, successes, and everything in between. I have extensive experience across various settings—intimate partner violence services, LGBTQIA street youth, residential treatment, international work, schools, and private practice— and have worked with people from all races and ethnicities, sexualities, genders, abilities, socioeconomic status, and backgrounds. This includes LGBTQIA youth and adults, particularly supporting people through their gender transition and coming out process. I bring over 15 years of experience in working with trauma, grief, working through complicated relationships, managing daily stress, and understanding one's self more fully.
