I offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy. I am a holistic psychotherapist & eating psychology coach - utilizing Eastern and Western approaches to help clients heal. I love working with young adults who are just beginning to get a sense of themselves and may be struggling with "adulting". Specializing in working with eating disorders, I also work with both men and women on a broad variety of other issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, stress management, and transitions.

I studied Contemplative Psychology and the Hakomi method. I am a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) and an Eating Psychology Coach. I am skilled in a number of modalities to help clients gain awareness and reach their highest potential. I use mindfulness, yoga, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Hakomi, & incorporate Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) into my work.

I am the former Founder/President of the Denver Metro Int'l Assoc of Eating Disorder Professionals (iaedp) and have worked with people struggling with disordered eating and eating disorders since 2007.

Sliding Scale Offered: A sliding scale fee "slides" to try to meet the needs of clients who are unable to pay the full fee. Details can be discussed upon consultation.
