Feeling stressed, stuck, or like you’re overthinking everything? College comes with pressure to succeed, figure out your future, and keep up socially, sometimes it even shows up in how you relate to food, your body, or perfectionism.

I help students sort through what’s really going on, make sense of patterns that hold them back, and feel more like themselves. My approach is supportive, flexible, and tailored to you. I also hold the CEDS-C, the top credential in eating disorder care, for students whose anxiety or perfectionism shows up around food or body image.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, unsure, or just exhausted by trying to keep it all together, therapy can be a space to pause, feel heard, and figure out what actually matters to you.
