Dominique Kalata, LCSW (CA/NY) LICSW (MA)
College can be overwhelming, and lonely. I see my role as a solid anchor in your life, helping you navigate life's challenges.
Therapy a place to slow down and figure out what are the next best life steps to take. I support you with helping you figure out what you want, and figuring out strategies to achieve your life's goals. In therapy we explore your goals and next steps, and figure out together changes you can make to improve your mood, manage your anxiety and stress better, and overall enhance your daily functioning.
It can be hard juggling everything life is throwing at you. I'm you ally cheering you on, an advocate on your side, giving you tips on how to succeed.
I spent many years supporting college students at NYU and Stanford, and have a Master's in Higher Education Administration from NYU in addition to my Masters in Social Work from Smith. I look forward to supporting you on your collegial journey.
