I am a Board-Certified Adult Psychiatrist with extensive experience working within the Department of Veterans Affairs and other general mental health clinics, dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive mental health care. My specialty includes treating adult mental health conditions such as PTSD, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other related disorders. I believe effective care begins with active listening and collaboration, ensuring each patient feels heard, respected, and involved in their treatment. This foundation allows us to build trust and clarity from the very first visit.
My approach emphasizes partnership and personalization. I work closely with patients to develop treatment plans that align with their goals, values, and comfort level. By combining evidence-based practices with thoughtful discussion, I aim to support meaningful progress while maintaining safety, transparency, and respect.
I currently provide psychiatric care in English to ensure clear and effective communication. I also offer after-hours appointments to accommodate individuals with demanding schedules, irregular work shifts, or personal obligations.
