Thank you for your interest in the Ehrhart Singer Therapy Group. We are a therapy group practice that focuses on the mental health of competitive athletes in the Boston area. Our professional and athletic experiences have made us passionate about the current mental health crisis among athletes. We have found many athletes’ identities are tied in with their sport. We are dedicated to supporting this community in processing experiences not only as an athlete but as a person.
We have expertise across a broad spectrum of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, eating disorders, truama, compulsive exercise, recovery from injury and identity development. At Ehrhart Singer Therapy Group, we will help you explore who you are outside your sport.
