Elizabeth Richards
I am a doctoral-level Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 13 years of experience providing quality individual psychotherapy to adults. My goal is to work collaboratively with you to effectively deepen your understanding of your struggles, alleviate emotional distress, and increase your overall well-being. My areas of expertise include but are not limited to depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and underdeveloped self-worth. I strive to thoughtfully and flexibly integrate a variety of techniques and treatment approaches, according to the particular needs and strengths of each individual.
As an experienced and dedicated clinician, I value the opportunity to join patients in the process of reaching their therapeutic goals. My objective is to assist you in expanding insight into the self so that you're equipped to effectively manage difficult emotions, modify problematic behaviors, and fulfill individual needs.
I offer a warm, supportive, safe, and respectful environment in which those of any identity and from all cultures/backgrounds are welcome. And in my hope of making therapy more accessible to all, I accept all insurance plans on an out-of-network basis and I will gladly confirm your benefits and submit all claims on your behalf.
