I believe our world can be so fast-paced and suffers from a lack of presence. This can result in isolation, not feeling heard, or feelings of overwhelm and stress. If you need a place to set your burdens down for a moment, I am able to give you that support. I feel equipped to help you if you are struggling with any trauma, grief, attachment wounds, neurodiversity, career guidance, anxiety/depression, or men's/women's/general identity challenges. If you are feeling burdened or hurt, you are not alone. I encourage you to reach out to me. Even if we are not a good fit, I enjoy helping you to find a therapist who is!
