If school felt like it was built for someone else's brain, I get it. I was the curious, driven kid who struggled with ADHD, anxiety, and the pressure to perform, and traditional classrooms rarely fit. As a Noble Mentors mentor I work with college students on the practical side (executive functioning, routines, follow-through, life skills) and the confidence side (self-trust, anxiety, body image, figuring out what you actually want). A lot of our work happens outside an office: a walk, a trail, a coffee shop, or video if that's easier. I have 10+ years working with young people, a background in eco-psychology and filmmaking, and training in trauma-informed and nature-based mentoring.
