Felicia Ugwa
I am here to support teens, young adults, families, and couples through life's challenges. I am passionate about mental health advocacy especially in a time where mental health is the number one priority I'm driven to help individuals seek the best version of themselves and empower them within their own unique self. Let's work together to reclaim your sense of control and healing.
My approach in therapy is to create a safe place to open up and empower individuals in all aspects of their lives. I specialize in strength-based and trauma-informed approaches; Narrative therapy, CBT, and TF-CBT, I help guide individuals toward a deeper appreciation of their unique selves and within their family.
I strive to create an anti-oppressive, non-judgmental space for all those whom I work with. In our work together, I will support you in challenging taboos, stigmas, and cultural norms. Your goals and aspirations are first and foremost and together we can achieve them.
