I work with teens and college students to help them deal with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns. I also help people who are stressed out and need some clarity about big decisions such as whether to change majors.
I use Solution Focused Therapy which means I'll help you get a clear idea of what you want things to look like in the immediate future and then help you use your current strengths and past successes to make it happen. I'll help you get ideas for small but do-able changes to start with, and these small changes add up to big change.
