Hunter Kelly
Hi, I’m Hunter. I work with college students, young adults, athletes, and high achievers navigating anxiety, social anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, self-doubt, and performance pressure. Having coached gymnastics for nearly a decade, I understand the demands of balancing academics, athletics, relationships, and personal expectations—including the challenges of injury and returning to sport.
My style is warm, personable, and nonjudgmental. I bring my authentic self into the therapy room so clients can feel comfortable doing the same. I can also be direct when it may help you recognize an unhelpful pattern or move toward meaningful change. Together, we can build healthier ways of responding to pressure, strengthen your confidence, and help you feel more grounded in who you are beyond your achievements.
