As a psychologist, I provide psychotherapy that facilitates change, growth and renewal in a supportive, confidential environment. I have a straightforward, problem-solving style that is also accepting and emotionally engaged. My goal is to partner with you to identify core issues and find solutions to the problems that brought you to counseling while building on your strengths to help you overcome challenges.
