They may struggle with overthinking, perfectionism, self-criticism, difficulty setting boundaries, or feeling constantly “on.” Together, we explore the patterns beneath their anxiety and develop practical tools to manage stress, quiet the mental noise, and create healthier ways of coping. My goal is to help clients feel more confident, grounded, and present, so they can move beyond simply functioning and begin to genuinely feel better.
