Jazmine Gatt – Noble Mentors

Let go of who you think you're supposed to be. I mentor college students who are neurodivergent (ADHD, autism, learning differences), exploring LGBTQ+ identity, or carrying a mental health diagnosis and trying to have a normal semester anyway. We build executive function and self-regulation skills you can actually use (somatic tools, routines, reframing the story you tell about yourself), and we do it in real settings, not just across a desk. I have a B.A. in Psychology with a neuroscience focus, am pursuing a master's in clinical mental health counseling, and have ten years in behavioral health and psychoeducation, including as an addiction-recovery peer specialist. Mentoring is not therapy and doesn't replace it; I coordinate with your care team. In person in Denver and Boulder, and by video.
