I work with individuals and couples addressing challenges including: depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, disordered eating, school challenges, and low self esteem. I utilize many modalities and aspects in our work together to help you address the root cause and work on changes.
I can offer understanding, non judgment and support. As well as the possibility of long term change.
I have been working in the field of psychotherapy for 15 years. I received my Master's Degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Wilderness Therapy from Naropa University in 2011. I have worked with a wide variety of settings and populations.
