Drug & Alcohol Counselor, LADC I
Accepting clients Last Updated 0 days ago

I enjoy working with young adults who are looking to learn more about themselves and the behaviors they engage in. The world today can be very fast-paced, stressful, and overwhelming, and many people find themselves turning to substances as a way to cope. While this may provide relief initially, often it creates more long-term issues that affect mental/physical health, relationships, and overall quality of life. My work primarily involves supporting clients in clarifying their goals and values, and becoming more intentional about their habits in order to shape their lifestyle and identity in a way that feels authentic.

I provide individual outpatient counseling and have experience working with adults of all ages, though find that I tend to work best with college students and young professionals. Substance use is the primary concern of clients I work with, and I take a holistic approach that incorporates my Masters-level training in mental health counseling.

Recognizing the need for support and making the decision to reach out can be one of the most difficult parts of this process. I encourage you to get in touch, and we can discuss whether working together would be a good fit!
