Kirsten Shelton, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck in your thoughts, or just not like yourself lately? You’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out alone, either.
I work with students who are navigating stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and life transitions that can feel confusing or heavy. Many of the people I work with are used to putting others first, staying busy, or “holding it together” even when they’re struggling inside. If that sounds familiar, this may be a good place to start.
As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I offer a space that’s judgment-free, supportive, and focused on what you need. Together, we’ll explore what’s going on and create a personalized plan that may include therapy, medication support, or both—always at a pace that feels right for you.
I currently see clients through secure, easy-to-use telehealth, so you can access care from wherever you feel most comfortable. If you’re ready to feel better, I’d love to help you get started.
