I am a Queer Neurodivergent (AuDHD) mental health, sex, and relationship therapist with over 20 years of experience working in the behavioral health field. I work with teens, adults, and relationships. I help clients work through issues around trauma, depression, anxiety, abuse, gender issues, relationship problems, religious trauma, LGBTQIA+ issues, ENM/Poly, and sex therapy! I utilize various modalities to help you on your journey, including CBT, EMDR, DBT, Mindfulness, ACT, Jungian Dream Analysis, parts work/IFS, and TF-CBT.
