Lisa Schilansky LCSW
My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, judgment-free space where you’re able to explore what is going on for you. I work from an anti-oppression lens with college or graduate students, young adults navigating sexual orientation and gender identity (inc. ace/aro/poly), and those struggling with chronic health issues.
I specialize in strengths-based, solution-oriented therapy using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness Meditation. I believe my clients are the experts in their lives and I work to help you live aligned with what matters in your life.
Together we'll come up with concrete strategies to fight anxiety, navigate stress, and explore who you are and what you want out of life.
