Life can be beautiful, but it can also present challenges. I work alongside clients to navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, and challenges related to school and career. Together, we create a safe space where you can gain clarity, develop effective coping strategies, and find the tools to enhance your life and resolve difficulties. I welcome individuals aged 13 and above, including adults from all walks of life. I have specialized expertise in working with familial relationships, particularly those related to adoption, abandonment, or non-paternal events, helping clients navigate complex family dynamics.
With over 25 years of experience in education & 15 years in counseling, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my practice. I have a strong interest in supporting young adults facing life and school challenges, as well as adults dealing with transitions and anxiety.
