Madison Knowlton
Are you looking to minimize your anxiety, build self-confidence, and better understand yourself? If so, I may be the therapist for you! During therapy sessions, we will collaborate to lessen stress, improve self-esteem, develop coping skills, and regulate emotions. My goal is to support and empower you to live the life you want (and deserve) to be living.
I compassionately support adults through life transitions, anxiety, depression, low self-confidence, the development of social skills, and relationship conflict. My work is emotion-focused while also encouraging you to be curious about potential root causes of your distress. I believe in equity, equality, and justice. I am an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist.
I exclusively provide services on a virtual platform to allow for greater flexibility with scheduling and comfortability. Don't be surprised if my two cats make an appearance during our virtual sessions! Do you feel like we may be a good fit? I would love to chat with you and be a part of your therapy journey. Please feel free to reach out!
