Heart Mind Soul Practice is a boutique psychotherapy practice. Founded on the idea of one person helping another to heal: heart, mind, and soul. Based on the belief that a therapeutic relationship built on a foundation of trust and non-judgmental understanding can foster empowerment and change. Our practice has therapists that specialize in anxiety, depression, eating disorders, grief, ADHD and life transitions.
