Hi, I'm Micheal Franklin, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and therapist (LCSW-S), and owner of Franklin and Kiai Counseling Services. With 30 years in the mental health field and 12 years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I understand that starting or returning to college can be one of the most challenging seasons of your life — and that reaching out for support takes courage. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where students, young adults, and adults can find clarity and regain control.

I specialize in supporting teens (13+), young adults, and adults working through porn and sex addiction, men's issues, anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, life transitions, and academic stress. My approach blends Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rapid Resolution Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Gottman Method, and trauma-informed care — matched to what actually helps you.

I see clients in-person at my Round Rock, TX office and virtually across Texas, Florida, Oklahoma, and Utah. Evening and weekend appointments available. Fee basis: $100–$175 per session. Insurance welcomed. Free 15-minute consultation.
