Entering therapy shows strength, courage and a commitment to change. To look inside oneself is not always easy, but is always worthwhile.

When considering a potential therapist,
credentials and special training are important. Ultimately, what helps people to heal and grow is a trusting relationship and positive connection between therapist and client.

As a psychotherapist, I create a warm, safe environment in which clients feel listened to without judgment and responded to in a compassionate and genuine way. My
approach is to work collaboratively with clients to build on their strengths and
help them discover their own solutions to leading a happier life.

I have a warm, interactive style which encompasses teaching, problem solving, highlighting client strengths, and most importantly, empathetic listening which enables my clients to feel deeply understood as they share their stories.
