Mill Pond Counseling
Many of the people I work with are men who have spent years focusing on work, family, and responsibilities while putting their own needs on the back burner. From the outside, they often appear successful and capable. Internally, they may be struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, self-doubt, or a growing sense that something in their life is no longer working. Some are facing career challenges, questioning their direction, or feeling stuck despite their best efforts to move forward.
Many have become accustomed to handling problems on their own and find it difficult to ask for support, even when they know something needs to change. Others struggle with confidence, social anxiety, relationship stress, or uncertainty about what comes next. Therapy can provide a space to gain clarity and move forward with purpose.
My approach is practical, collaborative, and strengths-based. Together, we work to understand the challenges you're facing, build on the resilience you already possess, and develop effective strategies for lasting change. Whether you're navigating a difficult transition or trying to get back on track, meaningful progress is possible.
