Navigating this new life as a student can be difficult. You are experiencing many different changes, while keeping up with all that is required of you in your classes. It is all overwhelming. This is where talking to someone who specializes in managing stress, depression, anxiety and so much more can help you achieve success.
I am passionate about working with students throughout their college careers and beyond. Obtaining a higher education is a huge achievement, but that doesn't mean it doesn't come without stress and hardships. I am here to help you reach your goals and overcome any roadblocks in the process.
Opening up individually or within a group will allow for growth in many areas.
