You may be coming to therapy during a season of transition in college: after a breakup or friendship shift, a change in major, studying abroad or returning home, or realizing that the college experience you imagined doesn’t feel the way you hoped it would. You might feel anxious, homesick, unmotivated, disconnected, or unsure of who you are becoming or what direction you’re headed.

I work with college students who are thoughtful, self-aware, and often hard on themselves. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, grief, identity exploration, academic pressure, or the feeling that everyone else has it figured out while they don’t. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and reconnect with yourself without judgment, pressure, or the expectation to have all the answers right now.
