Relational Insight
Hannah joined Relational Insight in 2023 as an intern providing affordable therapy to individuals, couples, and families. She utilizes Psychodynamic and Family Systems approaches, recognizing the interconnected web of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. Hannah helps clients explore the roots of their beliefs, values, and self-narratives which shape their realities and experiences in their day-to-day lives.
As a former teacher, Hannah excels at effectively helping adolescents and young adults facing emotional or behavioral concerns and supportively collaborating with parents, psychiatrists, and other members of multidisciplinary care teams. She connects well with individuals who identify as neurodivergent, and she has experience with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, adoption, addiction, and trauma. Hannah’s breadth of experiences provides her with flexible frameworks to meet people exactly where they are with deep empathy and encouragement. She is also drawn to working with individuals of all ages within the LGBTQ+ community with particular insight and experience with adolescents experiencing gender and sexuality based bullying or social anxiety. Hannah helps her clients create space for clarity, self-acceptance, empathy, confidence, and love.
Hannah is available to work virtually with individuals in Michigan and in Illinois at this time.
