Hello, I'm Shannon. You might feel like you're carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders, constantly fearing that you're not a good enough mom, partner, or employee. It's overwhelming to present yourself as someone who has it 'all together,' especially when you feel lost and alone inside. Your friends and family may not know how deeply you're struggling because you don't want to burden them. The ghosts of your past haunt you, making you believe that if you had been good enough, you wouldn't have been hurt so badly. It's not your fault, and I'm here to help you make it stop.

The monsters of anxiety and depression gain their power from our silence. By facing these fears and putting all of our pain out on the table in a safe environment, we take this power back. I provide this safe, judgment-free environment for you so that you can organize the racing thoughts and get back to a place where you can feel 'normal' once again.

I hold an MSW and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, as well as a Certified Addiction Specialist. My specialties include anxiety, gender identity, grief and bereavement, PTSD, stress, trauma, addiction, and LGBTQIA+ support. With my extensive background and experience, I am equipped to help you navigate through these challenges.

Just by looking through this website, you are taking an important step. Your demons have silenced you for too long, and it's time for you to learn to speak again. The path ahead of you is scary and uncertain, but you don't have to walk it alone. Let me help you find your voice.
