Simon Davis-Millis

I help people overcome mental, emotional, and relational challenges in order to live better, more meaningful lives. Utilizing modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), grounded in interpersonal and psychodynamic approaches, I strive to make therapy a warm, caring, transformative space. I have worked in schools, mobile crisis, and since 2020 as an outpatient therapist and clinical supervisor at both national and local organizations. In 2026, I started my own practice, to which I bring my a commitment to provide top quality care and gratitude for the opportunity to do so.
I particularly enjoy helping people struggling with following: trauma, OCD, anxiety, ADHD/executive functioning, self-esteem, relationship problems, and depression. If you struggle avoidance in any form, or if you've ever self-identified as an intellectualizer or over-thinker, we might work well together.
