College can feel like a lot—figuring out who you are, juggling classes, friendships, family expectations, and the pressure to “have it all together.” If you’ve been feeling anxious, disconnected, self-critical, or just plain overwhelmed, you’re not alone. I love working with students who are realizing their needs, boundaries, and intuition matter—even if they’re still figuring out what that actually means.

Instead, I sit with you, help you untangle old patterns, and explore new ways of moving through life that actually feel like you.
