College and young adulthood can be an exciting time, but it can also bring pressure, uncertainty, and significant life changes. Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed by school, struggling with anxiety or depression, or finding yourself questioning who you are and what you want your life to look like. You may be navigating academic pressure, difficult family relationships, changing friendships, or the challenge of becoming more independent. You don’t have to navigate it all on your own.

I work primarily with young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, college-related stress, performance anxiety, perfectionism, eating disorders, body image concerns, and family or relationship struggles. I understand that these challenges often overlap—academic or performance pressure can affect self-worth, perfectionism can make you feel like nothing is ever enough, and depression can make everyday responsibilities feel overwhelming.

I also work with individuals who are struggling with their relationship with food, exercise, or their body. Together, we can explore the emotions, beliefs, and experiences underlying these concerns while working toward a healthier relationship with yourself.

Family relationships can also become more complicated during young adulthood as you navigate independence, boundaries, expectations, and communication. Therapy can provide a space to better understand these patterns, strengthen relationships, and develop confidence in expressing your needs.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized. I believe therapy should be a space where you can be honest about what you're experiencing without judgment. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or simply unsure of where to start, we can work together to better understand what you're going through and build tools to help you feel more confident and connected in your life.
