Stephanie Brell
Student life involves transitions, both micro and macro. At what other time in our lives do we revise schedules on a quarterly basis? Acclimating to a new schedule and pace, while continuing to attend to family, friends, and work is daunting. And somewhere in the midst of those demands, is a continued need to care for yourself.
People often work with me when they are questioning their relationships with important people in their lives, as well as when they are learning more about the relationship they have with themselves. People often see me when anxiety, chronic pain, or chronic medical conditions present a barrier to their goals.
I feel honored to partner with individual clients & couples as they ask the difficult questions, while they simultaneously meet academic, work and relationship demands.
