Lauren Johnson, LCSW, is the founder of The Jewel Box Counseling, PLLC. She has experience treating mental health disorders, with expertise in anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. She is also certified to provide Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Lauren’s goal is to help you along this journey called life in a client-centered, strengths-based, and solution-focused manner. It is the her goal, and the goal of The Jewel Box Counseling, to help you relieve your pressure so that you can release your inner gem.
