The Wellness Institute of Michigan is a welcoming mental health practice offering therapy and psychiatric medication management for adolescents and adults. We’re excited to support the Michigan State University community through our new East Lansing location, conveniently within walking distance of campus, as well as our offices in Okemos and Jackson.
College life can be overwhelming—between classes, work, relationships, and figuring out what comes next. Our therapists support students navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, identity concerns, and major life transitions. We take a collaborative, down-to-earth approach and focus on meeting you where you are, without judgment or pressure.
For students who may benefit from both therapy and medication, we also offer psychiatric medication management, making it easier to receive coordinated care in one place. Our team works together to create thoughtful, individualized treatment plans that fit your goals and your schedule.
Whether you’re stopping in between classes, walking over from nearby housing, or looking for ongoing support during a tough season, we strive to create a comfortable, inclusive space where you can feel supported, understood, and empowered to move forward.
