I believe healing your relationships with others starts by healing your relationship with yourself. I guide clients through the healing process by providing the tools needed to connect with yourself, your body, and the world around you. Through therapy, I believe it is possible to improve your self-esteem, grow interpersonal relationships, and end negative thought patterns. I am passionate about providing an accessible therapy experience by operating from a trauma-informed and multicultural lens. When working with couples, I emphasize the importance of communication and empathy and honor the uniqueness and nuance of each individual. I utilize empathy, humor, and curiosity to connect with clients on a genuine, human level. I'm enthusiastic about helping others tackle issues including depression, interpersonal issues, eating disorders, negative self-talk, body image, anxiety, addiction, and self-harm through modalities such as ACT, DBT, CBT, Gottman principles and person-centered therapy. The first step of a long journey is always the most challenging. I encourage you to reach out for help and allow me to meet you along your route- to help guide you towards inner-peace and healing. I want to build upon the "traditional" therapy experience- in addition to telehealth and in-office sessions, I also offer connection through movement and nature.

Finding a therapist can feel overwhelming. Between the jargon and endless options, it’s easy to feel stuck. I'm here to make the process easier. Many of my clients come to me feeling weighed down by anxiety, self-doubt, or pressure to “get it right.” They often struggle with body image, self-worth, or the persistent sense that they’re not enough. As a trauma-informed therapist, I help clients build confidence, strengthen emotional connections, and feel more aligned in their lives and relationships. Together, we’ll work on breaking old patterns and creating a stronger, more authentic sense of self.
You want better relationships with your partner, your family, and most importantly, with yourself. Although you've found success in many areas of life, you're struggling to adjust to a recent life change like a move to a new place, the birth of a child, or the start or end of an important relationship. Maybe you've found yourself experiencing more stress than you're used to, you're close to burnout, or you find it really difficult to prioritize your own sense of well-being over others. If any of this sounds familiar to you, I would love to talk with you and learn more about your goals. I work with adults and couples who are motivated to know themselves in a deeper and more compassionate way, and are ready to experience real success during their time in therapy. I can help you get un-stuck and create opportunities for you to tap into your own curiosity, compassion, and creativity so that you’re able to have the life and relationships that you want. Therapy asks us to tap into vulnerable parts of ourselves. It requires safety and comfort. My clients are courageous enough to show up as their authentic selves, therefore I value being my authentic self within our therapeutic relationship. I incorporate empirically supported interventions into our time processing concerns, building self-awareness, making meaningful changes, and exploring identities. I specialize working with individuals who desire to dedicate less time and energy to food and body image concerns, and more time to aspects of life truly important to them. I approach disordered eating and body image work from a Health at Every Size (HAES) framework. I want my clients to “taste life” and to experience it in a fulfilling way. I also have ample experience working with anxiety, depression, grief, relational concerns, life transitions, perfectionism, ADD/ADHD, and athletic identity. I value and enjoy working with diverse populations and strive to create a safe space for individuals of all backgrounds, cultures, and identities. While we may not share identities or experiences, it is my mission as your therapist to approach our work with humility and to gain understanding of your authentic self.
