My practice primarily serves LGBTQ+, queer, trans, and gender-expansive adults, alongside individuals navigating complex trauma, relational patterns, and perinatal mental health concerns. My clinical approach is supportive, affirming, trauma-informed, and grounded in relational and attachment-based frameworks. I integrate an awareness of how systems of power, identity, and lived experience shape mental health, and I strive to hold both individual healing and broader context in view. I have specialized focus in complex trauma, including childhood trauma, relational trauma, and attachment wounds. Many of my clients are exploring identity development, processing experiences of minority stress, or seeking a therapeutic space where they can fully express their gender and sexual identities without needing to justify or defend them. I also provide affirming care for individuals during pregnancy, postpartum transitions, fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, and other reproductive experiences. I am particularly mindful of the unique emotional and systemic considerations that may arise for LGBTQ+ individuals and families during these periods. We work primarily with folks experiencing difficulty with ADHD or attention struggles, anxiety, PTSD, and depression. We use a brain map (qEEG) to measure baseline electrical activity, and then design an individualized protocol to then habituate more adaptive, efficient, and flexible brainwave patterns. Training occurs twice weekly for around 30-50 sessions.

A Windhorse therapeutic team can include basic attendance, intensive psychotherapy, therapeutic housemate as needed, family therapy, employment services and community programs.
