As a marriage and family therapist, the clients I work best with tend to share a few key characteristics. Many of them are looking for ways to improve their relationships, whether that means addressing issues with a spouse, family members, or even themselves. They often feel stuck or overwhelmed by the challenges they’re facing and are looking for guidance in creating healthier, more fulfilling connections. If you’re someone who wants to better understand yourself and your relationships, or if you’re facing communication struggles, trust issues, or simply trying to navigate life changes, my practice might be a great fit for you. You don’t have to go through these challenges alone — many people come to therapy seeking support in learning how to communicate more effectively, heal from past hurts, or find balance in their lives. I work with individuals, couples, and families who are motivated to make changes and improve their relationships. If you’re open to learning new tools and strategies to strengthen your connections with others, we might be a great match! Together, we’ll explore your experiences and find ways to move forward in a healthy, positive direction.
College can be tough, and it’s easy to feel overwhelmed—but you don’t have to go through it alone. I offer a supportive space to talk, figure out what’s going on, and find practical ways to feel better and manage stress. Whenever you are ready, schedule an appointment.

Many of the students I work with are dealing with anxiety, stress, sadness, imposter syndrome, or self-doubt. Some are managing heavy academic loads while also worrying about their future. Others are trying to balance school with family expectations, friendships, and romantic relationships. Many feel like they’re supposed to "have it all together" but deep down feel lost, stuck, or just exhausted from trying so hard. In our work together, we focus on giving you a place where you don’t have to perform or pretend. Therapy is a place where you can be honest about what’s hard, get support in making sense of it, and start finding ways to feel more grounded, more confident, and more in charge of your own life — without the pressure to be perfect.
I primarily work with individuals struggling with compulsive behavior, including sex/porn addiction, codependency, internet/social media addiction, and problem spending/debting. Addiction is meant to make you feel less. It provides temporary numbing for lifelong pain. You feel trapped, depressed, angry, anxious, guilty, and afraid when you can't stop. Recovering from compulsive behavior, though not easy, is possible and has been accomplished many times. But it does require a complete change in beliefs and attitude, along with how to deal with life and its problems. Getting out of your head and taking action is the next indicated step. Listen to your mind and body - it's time to stop treating yourself so badly. I can help you learn to help yourself. You can become your own best advocate. All are welcome in my office, including those from BIPOC and LGBTQIA communities.

I provide individualized care, medication management, and practical strategies to help you feel more grounded, focused, and in control of your wellbeing. Do you feel misunderstood and stuck in your head? Do you feel a desire for change but are lacking direction? Maybe you feel stuck in a relationship, a job, or a state of mind that has left you feeling unsatisfied, anxious, or depressed. As a clinician, I believe that my role is to create a completely non-judgmental space for you to process and grow. The more we can be vulnerable in expressing our true (and sometimes messy) selves, the closer we get to living fully, authentically, and with a sense of ease. I approach every session with an open mind, and a deep sense of compassion for your unique story. I am transparent, collaborative, and am a valuable resource for you on your path towards meaningful change, peace of mind, and personal empowerment. I work with clients ages 18+ who are experiencing ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, substance misuse, are having existential questions or are stuck in building their identity; who are in the middle of a stressful life transition, are having family issues, issues in work and/or school, difficulty with self-esteem or social skills, grief, or loss of a relationship.
