Thank you so much for taking a look at my profile. I have been in private practice since 2011 and prior to that primarily worked in university counseling centers with both college age clients as well as older adults. While I use cognitive behavioral treatment strategies to help clients manage what brings them into treatment, I also find that it can be helpful to explore where certain thoughts or feelings come from to create a deeper understanding and hopefully ultimately minimize unwanted feelings or symptoms. I provide a free 5-10 minute initial consultation over the phone to make sure this seems like a good match and our schedules align. Please feel free to reach out by phone or email, with email being checked more regularly. I look forward to working with you!
Welcome! Do you currently struggle with any of the following: anxiety; low self-esteem; deep, sometimes inexplicable feelings of guilt; tough inner critic; difficulty saying no; feeling disconnected from others; heavy focus on wanting to make others like you; a nagging feeling you’re doing something wrong or there may be something wrong with you? The good news is, these are not inherent traits people are born with and you are not bound to eternally struggle with these things! This therapy will give you the opportunity to uncover the root causes of these and other struggles in order to make changes in the here-and-now. Please click on my website link for more on the benefits of this therapy! As a licensed therapist with over 10-years experience in the mental health field, I treat a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. I specialize in understanding difficult family and relationship dynamics (both past and current dynamics) and how those dynamics affect us in the present. My approach is interactive, open-minded, and non-judgmental. I care deeply for the people I work with and through genuine collaboration, my clients describe a sense of feeling truly heard and understood. I invite you to email or call today to find out more! For payment, the fee is due at the time of the session, but I can provide you an invoice to submit to your insurance to access your out-of-network benefits. You get what you pay for and you are worth the time and money spent on feeling better!

My name is Patrick and I’m the owner of my solo practice, KindMind Crossroads. I have 14 years of direct clinical care in the community setting and have worked with all age ranges and a wide variety of mental health needs. My practice specializes in LGBTQ mental health, obsessive compulsive disorder, post traumatic stress disorder, sexual health, gender identity and psychosis. I’m an eclectic therapist and help with life transitional and adjustment experiences, which college years are all about. I would be happy to offer a free consultation to see if my practice would be a good fit for your needs. Stay well and talk with you soon, Patrick
My practice specialization is focused on women’s issues and perinatal mental health. In response to the recent changes in access to women's reproductive healthcare, many of us are feeling confused, scared, (and p*ssed off!). I provide a safe space for women to process whatever emotions they may be feeling as a result of their direct experiences or related to future concerns. I believe that the relationship between clinician & client is the foundation for a successful therapy experience. Please know that I realize how difficult it is to connect with a “stranger” when you are feeling overwhelmed and vulnerable. Therapy can be challenging, but it can also be very enlightening. It can also be light-hearted & fun. (I guarantee a few laughs during each session!) I utilize a variety of therapy techniques, which ultimately allows for flexibility in making sure that you get what you need in a way that works for you.
I am happy you are here. My name is Kristina, and I am a clinical social worker that takes pride in providing therapy to students and adults. I often work with clients struggling with anxiety, life transitions, and various Obsessive Compulsive disorders. Some shared experiences of clients may include feeling isolated, feeling nervous to transition to college life, feeling overwhelmed with coursework or post-graduate plans, as well as other anxieties or fears around the college experience. My clients often walk away from treatment with further skills, knowledge, and overall insight into their experiences and symptoms. I hope to support you through bringing warmth, humor, and some challenge into the space to help you meet your goals, and to make the most of your college experience. **If you do not see a time that works for you, send me a message anyway, and I would be happy to collaborate on a potential time that may be better for you.**

I am committed to high standards of care following the latest clinical research. While anxiety disorders and mood disorders (depression, bipolar disorder) have been the focus of my practice, do not hesitate to contact me if you feel I can help you. I have an extensive experience in multiple behavioral health settings where I treated conditions such as PTSD, ADHD, and other mental health disorders. People of all backgrounds are welcome to my practice. Tele-medicine psychopharmacology only. I do not take insurance, self-pay only.

I’m a clinical social worker with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals through some of life’s most challenging moments. I earned my undergraduate degree from Quinnipiac University and went on to complete my Master of Social Work at Boston University School of Social Work in 2015. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients navigating depression, anxiety, PTSD, and substance use. I came into this field because I genuinely value the process of helping people better understand themselves and create meaningful change in their lives. I know that reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, and I don’t take for granted the trust it takes to share your story with someone new. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, respected, and truly heard—without judgment. My approach to therapy is pragmatic, individualized, and grounded in your unique strengths. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model. Instead, I work collaboratively with each client to understand what’s most important to them and to develop tools and strategies that feel realistic and useful in everyday life. Whether we’re working through patterns of anxiety, processing past trauma, or addressing substance use, I aim to balance insight with practical steps forward.

I am a LICSW with over fifteen years of experience where I collaborate with clients to discover a resiliency within themselves. My most rewarding experiences have been with young adults who may be just beginning or those returning to college and managing the challenges that arise. I work with individuals who may experience a range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, adjusting to life transitions and those impacted by trauma and systems of oppression.
